WiFi and varies

Ok, so I understand we can’t be on the same WiFi as someone we are wanting to verify which is fair enough but what about only previously using that same WiFi? My ex and I are both on here, have been separated for a few months now and I’ve offered to varify him, we are both at work in very different places right now and it still won’t allow me to varify him, any idea why?

Is he outside the age range on your profile? Are you outside the age range on his profile and does he have 'women' ticked?

Those things can stop veri's showing up.
