Messages Lost

Cambridge

We are Silver Supporters but have been offline for six months due to family illness.

We received emails saying that friends had messaged us over Christmas but when accessing FabS today found that there are no messages whatsoever in out Messages Folder.

Does anyone have a solution please

Unread messages get deleted after 2 or 3 weeks as they take up server space I believe.
