We recommended Fab to a friend of ours who tried to start her profile last night, however her account hasn’t been approved yet despite uploading a verification photo 24 hours ago.

Anyone know why this is or what she should do?

I don't think a profile has to be approved, you just set it up.

If she's submitted a photo verification it could be that was rejected for some reason. Photo verification isn't mandatory.
