Profile changed

Whilst we have a couples profile, L has a singles profile she uses to meet and chat to people. It's suddenly changed into a couples profile (with the partners info all blank). Why is this and any way of changing it back?

Does her single profile say she only meets as a couple?

If it says anything about meeting with her partner it will have been changed
