Block on sending messages

I somehow have a block on sending messages, everything was fine 10/15 minutes ago and now when I go to send a message it says try again in a couple of hours the block will be clear. Really confused as I haven’t spoken to many people today (2 friends) and 1 couple. Just wondering why this is.

Sounds like you have put a word or something else in one of your messages that has been autoblocked by the site.

You dont need to do anything with it and the block lifts after a couple of hours
