Hidden profiles

If someone hides their profile and then messages you, are you then able to see their profile?

If you can see the name of the hidden profile via a wink, fabbed pic, messaged, friend request or profile name is visible in the club reviews, verifications etc, you can block them.

Hit on the name, go to the top right, hit menu, and block.

Some might not realize this

I've had a few of those, it does seem weird. Maybe people just forget that they've hidden themselves.

I did reply to one, "But your profile is hidden" and never heard back. Who knows.

I think the site should change it... if you hide your profile then all contact or site usage gets restricted or removed. After all you are basically saying you arnt using the site.

Conversely some kind of stealth mode would be nice. So one can browse, pm friends, use the forums etc without showing as on-line in search results.

I've hidden my profile before now if not meeting and stayed active on forums chat rooms etc. Does that count as not using the site then? I'm still paying whether it's hidden or not, why should I lose what I'm paying for?
