Hi .... can I have some clarity re this. I get messages saying ran out of direct photos they're allowed to send. Is this a thing? I understand non supporters run out of messages however never heard of that before.

As far as I'm aware there is a limit of direct photos a profile can send, I believe it is a small number, about 10 but I could be wrong on the amount as I never use it.
