just added some pics and they dont have the link to enlarge them, is this something ive missed or has that feature gone now?

They only show the "enlarge" link if the file that was uploaded was larger than the standard size displayed (i.e. if there is a larger version to view).

Looking at the gallery, the view extra large is working for some.

Am guessing that the original image was not significantly larger than 290 x 480 pixels which appears to be your pink picture sizes.
