hi, we had an account as a couple but last week we had few problems and i reacted stupidly by swiching the account to single male, and now carnt seem to be able to switch it back is it possible for anyone to guide us through the prosses to change account back to couple profile please, thankyou.x

Only Admin can change the account type from couple to single and vice-versa

View your own profile, click report and fill in the box, admin will change or advise
