Friends List Problem

We’ve noticed that people that we became friends with some time ago seem to be dropping off our friends list without ‘unfriending us. Is this something that happens after having a certain number of friends.

do you know for definite they haven't unfriended you? Have they left fab?

Yes we’ve checked with them and they thought we were still friends. They thought we’d unfriended them.
