Anyone having problems renewing supporter status via £5 text message. The message keeps coming back as unable to send.

Ive tried the same renewal tonight and the lowest renewal price allowed by decor card now seems to be £12:50 at 2.5 x silver despite the £5 rate still being advertised on the front page. Very frustrating. New news anywhere of such a change and no one to contact for debit card payment issues.

The £5 charge is for text. The minimum you can buy on a card is £12.50

Yes but the text isn't sending and reports back as failed.

I have a good signal so it's not that

When text fail on my phone it is the signal , sometimes it says I have a full signal but they still won't send. I wouldn't keep sending though as when they go through they will all go through

Switch your phone off and on again. Keep the phone in the best signal you can and don't do anything on it until the message sends. I find the text service temperamental too.
