Is anyone else having problems paying for site supporter by text message.

This is how we have always paid but I can’t get a pin texted to me now.

Help please!

I have had an issue too. I tried troubleshooting but no help.

I'm not so bothered about renewing again but I have tried this week to no avail.

i had the same problem tried tried and better tried. The texts were failing all the time. In the end had to use my friends housephone and had no problem.

The text upgrade is working normally

If you don't get a pin, you've not been charged and you should try another method e.g. card/pp/phone

(Usually if it doesn't work its because your network has blocked you)
