FabSwingers.com forum: New profile stuck at photo verification

Hi. My wife wants to set up her own single woman's profile. She's filled in the registration forms and clicked the link emailed to her, but she's stuck on the photo verification part. She uploaded a face pic of herself holding (hands showing) a sign saying fabwingers.com and her chosen profile name, and uploaded it via /photoverification, but it's been stuck at the "we're reviewing your verification pic" page for nearly 24 hours now. Have she done something incorrectly?

It isn't anything to do with a mod. To the OP...ask Admin for help from the contact button mentioning the name of the profile
