over a year ago

my friend sharpie67 has been asked for photo verification for our couples profile which has been provided but we still cant access the site. Tried to resubmit the photo but got a message saying that we were already verified, but we still cant access the site, also cannot contact admin through sharpie67 to inform them of this issue.
