We seem to be having a little trouble with our message filters. We have it set to block unverified members and those without public images on their profile but we’ve gotten messages from people who fall into both those categories. We haven’t winked or contacted them first - we’ve never even looked at their profile till they messaged.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas what we should do?

Have a chat with the Admin staff. It's a bank holiday so you may not get a reply today.

Contact us privately with the username it came from and message you received we'll have a look into it.

We just got another message from a user with no public pics on display. Checked our filters and they're supposed to be blocked.

"Last time it happend we did."

We looked with the couple of examples you gave and filters were working as expected.

With the photos filter there is nothing to stop someone putting a photo as public, mailing and then setting it back as private.

We got one message last night - clicked on the user name shortly after it was received (we were online at the time) and there were no public photos. The user did send photos though, if that has any effect.

Reply to this as a PM with username we'll have another look. Avatar is counted as a public photo - could have been that.
