Can't post forum messages on my couple's profile

Hi, this is probably only fixable by the site admins, but I'm posting it here incase anyone else has the same problem.

Our couple profile can't seem to post to any forum topics or create new topics. My single man profile (this one) can, so it doesn't seem to be a site wide issue.

The couple account is nine months old, a silver supporter account, and photo and meet verified, so I would hope we aren't being blocked from posting.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Try to either post a reply to a forum topic, or start a new topic

2) The message can be previewed correctly

3) On clicking 'Post message', you are redirected to https://www.fabswingers.com/forum/-1#message_-1

4) The new reply or new topic has not been posted

5) Visiting https://www.fabswingers.com/forum-poster/OURUSERNAME confirms that no posts have been made.
