Hiding in the shadows

I've blocked several profiles, for various reasons.

But it's not stopped them sending me winks constantly.

I thought blocking stopped all contact/views?

Something not right there as when someone is blocked all they can see is your profile pic in the forums.

Thanks, just someone constantly viewing my profile, as in every few minutes

Winked at me twice, both deleted, then blocked, but just had another wink.

I can't see his profile when I click on it now, so confused how could send more winks
