If you upgraded with eMPPay.com your card statement will show "eMPPay.com" and the amount you paid, in UK£. The site name is not shown. If you upgraded with Zombaio.com your card statement will show "Zombaio.com" and the amount in Euro

So I guess it depends on the dollar to GBP and the dollar to Euro exchange rate that is used by the company?

Unless it has changed recently I dont think you can unless you are using a UK network. You can still upgrade using card, paypal or phone call though.
