It is £5 if you upgrade by phone.

£12.50 if you pay by card for 2.5 gold or silver subscriptions.

£20 if you use Paypal and you get 4 almost 5 gold or silver subscriptions.

So I would assume you are trying to pay by Credit/Debit card.
