Pic less Profiles.

I seem to be getting lots of messages from people with no pics on their profile despite having set the message filter for this. Why is this?

Have you spoken to them before? If you have they can bypass filters

Well,if that's what they are doing they are clearly sneaky people and I am right to just ignore them.
