Profile pic - forum pic

Apologies if this has been covered before, but we've only just realised that although we have pics within our profile, there is no 'main pic', and therefore no pic with our name if we ever post in the forums. How do we add a pic to the top of our profile ? Would this automatically then be our pic in a forum posting ? Many thanks in advance !

Go to Manage Photos link on your account

Next to each pic there is a link that says 'Set as profile pic'
