Lost verifications?

We are photo verified, but people keep saying we aren't. When I go to manage verifications it says that it's only for verified users, which as far as we knew, we are. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

you are photo verified (ie when you sent the pic with your id written etc to the admins) and it is showing on your profile as such. this does not need/get managed by you

but you do not have any versification from other users that have met you/seen you on webcam etc this is what you would see in the managed verifications bit

the green flag on your profile does show you are photo verified.

the verification page is something else entirely. it is where cam and meet veris get posted and you can choose to show them on your page from there.

You are photo verified, you have the flag.

But you aren't meet or Cam verified, green tick, so you cannot verify others.

You need someone who you have meet or seen you on Cam to verify you, then you can veri others and use the manage veris section.
