hidden profile but messaged?

I've decided to hide my profile for a while but received a message. Can someone explain how. I thought the point of hiding my profile would be to choose not to be visible. thanks.x

Can still message when a profile is hidden, they just can't see your profile

I'm probably being a bit thick but how can they click on my profile to message me with no previous thread if I've hidden my profile. once again thank you for the reply.x

This and also if you have messaged before they still have you in messages so can repky from there dont always need your profile to message you

Just change your message filters so that no gender can mail or change the age range to 98-99.

you aren't visible but can still be messaged

Harwich / Colchester

If your profile is hidden but that person has you on their hotlist they can still locate your profile. Being hidden just means it doesnt show up on searches

Hiding the profile just means people can't read it

They can still message and wink
