hell had loads of fun on chat then find we have lifetime ban from chat ...contacted admin but no reply helpppp!!!!! admin please mail us back

It just means you probably have a ban that Admin have to overturn, it doesn't always mean that a ban is lifetime.

BUT the only people who can help you are Admin themselves and you need to use the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page and be patient waiting for an answer.
