new chatroom- additional addy

hi we have a verified account and both intend to use the new chatrom we have requested another addy and set up a new email address, so we can both go in there we stated its an additional account for this purpose but its has still not been approved and been over a week now can anyone help?

hiya we use the new chatrooms alot and set up another profile to use new chat it only took a few hours bye reading your message u might be better off contacing admin... right at the bottom of your home page ( contact us ) click on the link and contact them hope this helps Chrissy n Nat xx
