Rules on advertising

Hi, I just wondered where I stand on advertising? I own a hot tub comoany, fixing hot tubs etc and I realise there are a lot of people on here with tubs. Where do I stand on

1. Putting a status up with company name stating this

2. Putting a bit on my profile stating this

3. Putting a post in the main bit of the forum advertising this?

They only advertise one web site which is the site that pay them per click and new customers unique order. Any other advertising isn't allowed. But most ad block all ads so probably wouldn't even know the site had ads.
