Password not working!

Hi, an inquiry on behalf of a friend, she had recently deleted her account, but now wants to come back on! the site recognizes her Email addy, and sends an email with her old password! but she cannot use this to log on! If she tries to create a new account, it won't let her either! any ideas!

I'm guessing she'll have to set up a new account as once you've deleted you account that's it but a think you can set a new account using same email address try contacting admin or site owners using the contact option @ the bottom on this page.

...... If she using a new email address to set a new profile why would she want to change bk to her old email why not just stick with new email @ not sure if you can change email once your profile is set up ¿?¿

You can change your password once you have set up a profile.

Not sure if it will let her use the one that is causing the trouble, but as Gothic says, she can use the one she set it up with.

That should have said.

You can change your E-mail once you have set up a profile.
