Deleting previous conversations in a mmessage.

Hi as a site supporter, whenever I get a message it is then saved as a log of messages within the message. Is it possible to deletete these ? I remember as a non supporter I could not see the log of conversations. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you not just delete the message then all the messages will be gone?

No...Ive tried that but even when I delete all the messages, all the conversations still remain in a log whenever I get a new message from that person or persons. Thanks for the reply though. I'm sure there will be a way but I'm a bit of a Ludite when it comes to things like this x

When you reply directly to a message, and then they reply directly to your message that creates the log.

If you start a new message and then they reply starting a new message, then it doesnt create a log.

Does that make any sense?

Thanks for that...and it does make sense. From now on ill drop in a new message to start a new log x
