Verification not showing

Hi we've had a verification posted to our page and have been told it's showing in Update feed that we recieved our first verification although nothing has come through our end

It's a first verification too so can't understand why we don't have it - can anyone help?

you don't look people verified according to your profile either, you have no green tick.

looks like it didn't go onto your page, sorry.

mods might know something more than i know.

never before heard of veris appearing on the homepage and not on profiles.
