de activated profile , again ?

this is the second time in a week my couples profile has been de activated , why ? first time i was mailed by site said someone must have deleted the account then i got another msg saying sorry issue resolved and the profile was working again now the profile has been taken down a few days ago ? this is most annoying and id like to know whats going on here ?

Admin cant really deal with problems with individual profiles in the forums, you need to contact them directly as before
