uploading pics from andriod

In cave behind a waterfall on a hill

Has this been disabled. The browse pic button to allow upload of pics from android phone appears to no longer work.

Why do we now only seem to have an upload by email option?

S6 edge nougat and Firefox.

The add pic link goes to browse button which appears not to work ie will not browse to pics and does not seem to function at all.

Thanks for looking at this. Any suggestions?
