Previously approved photo retrospectively rejected

My profile photo was a photo of me and just off the side of the photo you could see the back of my cats head.

That photo was approved and has been my profile for 5 months and was just rejected after I uploaded another photo.

What's the beef?

As you can't have pics on here of animals or children the pic probably got reported and rightly removed.
