Received email about suspicious account activity

I've received an email to my other email address not used or connected to fab in any way from a "fabswingers" email account saying there is suspicious activity on my account and I should click the link to verify. Is this a genuine email as I may have had an account years ago with that email address?

Ive never heard about the site doing anything like that before and it sounds dodgy to me. Please dont do anything with it until Admin can give you a confirmed answer. Best thing to do would be to contact Admin directly using the CONTACT link.
