I think as you are verified as a single male the advice is to set up another account as a couple. However, you need to email admin any requests to do with profile.

As you are meet and photo veried as a single man you probably won't get the profile changed, you can contact Admin and ask but don't get your hopes up.

You may as well just start a couples profile, all you need is a new email address, you can keep this acc. still.
