If there is a person on here just asking to meet and want send pics to provide they are reall and keeps asking for my mobile numbers and does not meet as arranged and also want reply when asked what can I do to stop this person and why is he or her asking for mobile numbers

You can block them and if you feel they're being abusive or in any way breaking site rules report them.

If you don't like the tone of a message or you don't want to do something anyone asks don't argue, just block. You don't have to justify your refusal.
