Anyone any idea why I can't get supporter pass by text ? ...twice I've tried now and not working...no problems previous to this.

We have the same problem it does not give you an option now as it's greyed out

If you are using a pay as you go phone text will not work. As there is no bill to add it to.

No it was a contract phone but we have had a nice mail from admin and they have sorted it for us
