need to know basis in Wolverhampton

Me & a friend have a couples profile, have had a few weeks now but we can't post in the forums or post a meet.

We do have other profiles but would this make it an issues?

We are photo and met verified and yes we have sent messages to the site but have not heard anything,

Any ideas folks?
