For a few months now a friend of mine has hidden her profile as she is in pretty bad health at the moment, suddenly she has had a couple of messages from people she has never had contact with before,one even quoted from her profile so she knew he had definitely seen it, when asked they have said that her profile was available to view at the time they messaged but was not now, she has at no time unhidden it, so how can this be?

Could Admin give an explanation and also tell how to report it?

She can use REPORT link at bottom of every page on the site to report Admin.
