Can't PM in chat room

For some reason I have lost the options of PM, poke or block from under my name when in chat rooms.

I haven't changed any settings and the option for messages from still sits at anybody but for some reason I have no options under my name

Can anybody help me out as it's frustrating not being able to private chat
