Been charged for site supporter and no pin

we've been trying to upgrade to a site supporter, we attempted text (which has worked previously on our old account) and never received a text back then I phoned listened to the call as soon as it said you will give me my pin in ten seconds your line went dead so ive been charged and have no pin

Admin got back to us looked into it and put it on for us with an extra 5 days so definitely contact them they're extremely helpful x
