phone renewal

hi there, we've tried this morning to re new using the phone number however when this number connects it goes to a flatline tone. Tried phoning elsewhere and connects no problem. Is there an issue at the moment?

Working OK here it will flatline if you don't have adult access enabled with your phone company, worth checking with them then trying again
