I seem to only be able to access the site at home with my wi-fi on with my mobile, as soon as I leave home and I try to access the site I get an error message that says err-connect-reset.

any ideas please?

Does your 3g/4g allow adult sites?

Some provides block 18+ web sites and you need ask them to remove the block.
