Digital Economy Bill, and how it might affect us?

Tried mailing admin to see if they are worried about this, or more specifically the amendments about adult content on the net, but had no response, so thought I'd try here.

Will it affect sites like this, do we need to have a fall back plan about how to keep in touch with friends on here etc in case things go south? Anyone out there she'd some light on this?

It depends on how they implement proof of age or if you like harder edged pictures. It looks like you will need a credit card to join sex sites which could be a problem for some. Also pictures of spanked bottoms, and squirting will disappear from profiles. Most vanilla swingers will be OK.
