Hi everyone a friend of ours was part of a couple not married and had a profile together but now she has spit up and is not happy that he is still using it with her picks on and she is wondering if there's any way it can be shut down . she can not get on it as she doesn't know the log in and password to get into it .any ideas please thanks

she could contact admin and explain she was on that profile and wants her pics removed.

or if she knows the email for that profile and can login to that she could change the password and remove the pics herself?

i'm guessing admin will ask the person to verify with a couples pic that it is a couples profile. and when he can't do that they'll change it to a single male and remove pics then, if she can't login to the email for that account and do this herself.

It would need to be one of the profile holders contacting Admin - they wouldnt do anything about it based on someone elses say so

So are saying that if you know someone had the wrong sex, is single mad and has a couples profile, there is no point in reporting it to admin as they will do do anything?

Kinda makes a mockery of the report icon!

No, in that case when you report another users profile Admin can ask for the profile to provide a photo veri if they want to stay on site.

I think maybe you should read it again.

She says that Admin won't do anything in this case, the OP is about the password of an account being changed by one of the couple locking the other one out of it but still using her pics. In this case then Admin needs one of the profile holders to contact them.

You are talking about a very different scenario, can't understand how you can muddle the 2.
