Help! My friend just signed up and has accidentally put the wrong end to her email address, and for some reason the password she selected isn't working now. How does she get back in?

If the username and password are correct, she will get access again - you don't use the email addy to get into the site.

She's putting the password in that she chose, but for some reason it isn't working, so she went on to forgot password, and because she put .co.uk instead of .com, it won't send the reset link (she's mildly blonde!!)

Looks like a job for Admin. Tell her to use the CONTACT link to ask them for help.

We always use email and password to log in, can log in with username to.
