Photos in email if blocked

If I block someone can they still see photos I've previously sent in a message?

I think so yes. If you delete the photo from your gallery they can't though, you can always upload it again

If you become a site supporter, you can remove the photos from messages as soon as they are read, or afterwards if you decide to.
