When i try and message the message dosnt send and then then i get prompted that iv been blocked and try in a few hours the block will clear

Sounds like you have reached your message limit. Or possibly got a message ban for doing something wrong

If you get a message telling you that you are blocked for sending messages then it sounds like you have been exactly that.

Blocked from sending messages.

Usually means that you have sent a message containing a web address, mentioning an illegal act or something that sounds like that.

The block will be lifted in a couple of hours.
