I've been getting the above message for the last week. I haven't changed any setting on my phone, or any personal profile info, just wondering if it's a known issue or if I'm doing something wrong?

I had a similar problem which turned out to be my browser out of date. I downloaded firefox and use that for fab.. all ok now .. may be worth a try..
