Lost a contact on my hotlist

Hello, I'm in touch with someone who's on my hotlist but they have vanished, they haven't blocked me, I haven't blocked them?

I don't understand?

Please help??

Same happened to me. There this morning, had been messaging and were friends, now gone, all messages removed both sent and received, as if they never existed.

probably deleted there account, have you any old messages from them?

No they have all vanished too. Usually it just says user no longer on site when you look at the messages but they are gone lol
