Can a couple profile be changed to a single profile

Hi fab folks I'm wondering if a couple profile can be changed to a single profile without losing everything?

I'm happily single on here so it's not my profile but I'm asking for a friend who is having some problems.

I will be passing all solutions over to the person involved. I'm just trying to help them out but have no idea myself if a profile can be changed.

I did it but i can't remember how. One day it just was suddenly a single profile after having been a couple one. I did ask Admin to look at it. I guess they eventually did...

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

If they have verifications as a couple its unlikely to happen. Easier to set up another profile.
